Antibody titer of the affinity purified F(ab')2fragments is standardized with an in-house control by immunoelectrophoresis. The affinity purified F(ab')2 fragment is tested for purity at 10 mg/mL using immunoelectrophoresis. The product is goat F(ab')2; no trace of albumin, whole molecule IgG or Fc is detected. This product contains sodium azide. To prevent formation of toxic vapors, do not mix with strongly acidic solutions. To prevent formation of potentially explosive metallic azides in metal plumbing, always wash into drain with copious quantities of water.
