Descrição: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate Isomer R (TRITC) is the R isomer of tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate and is also known as 6-tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate. It is a strongly fluorescent compound soluble in ethanol, methanol, dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, and water. TRITC is a moderately-sized aminoxanthene dye carrying carboxylic acid and isothiocyanate substituents on the non-planar pendant phenyl ring. It forms a lipophilic cation in acidic pH and a hydrophilic zwitterion around neutral pH. The isothiocyanate group reacts with nucleophilic substituents (e.g., amino, hydroxyl, thiol) of biomolecules, providing the means of attaching a fluorescent label. TRITC also reacts with water and hydroxide ions and is unstable in aqueous solutions. TRITC is commercially available as a zwitterion or as a chloride.

Descrição: There are several ways of labeling an oligonucleotide with fluorescein. The choice of label is diversified further, depending on the spectral requirements. 5'-fluorescein-CE phosphoramidite, derived from the single isomer 6-carboxyfluorescein, 5'-hexachlorofluorescein-CE phosphoramidite (HEX) and 5'-tetrachlorofluorescein-CE phosphoramidite (TET) can all be used to efficiently label an oligonucleotide at the 5'-end. Labeling the 3'-end of an oligo with fluorescein can be achieved using 3'-Fluorescein CPGs. Standard cleavage and deprotection with ammonium hydroxide liberates the fluorescein-labeled oligo when using any of these supports.

Descrição: Soluble in distilled water. Soluble in 0,1 M potassium phosphate buffer, pH 6,0 (monobasic potassium phosphate adjusted to pH 6,0 with 1,0 M potassium hydroxide) (10 mg/ml yields a clear, red-brown solution). Descrição: Ferritin is a large, iron-storage heteropolymeric protein,which is expressed in most kinds of cells and co-assemble in different proportion in a tissue-specific manner. Ferritin has oligomer of 24 subunits and two types of subunits including light chain(FTL) and heavy chain. Ferritin can remove Fe (Ⅱ) from solution in the presence of oxygen and is very important for iron homeostasis. Iron is absorbed in the ferrous form and deposited as ferric hydroxides after oxidation. Iron is first oxidised to the ferric state for storage as ferric oxyhdroxide whithin the protein shell of ferritin. Thus, ferritin removes excess iron from the cell sap where it could otherwise participate in peroxidation mechanisms. Ferritin also plays a role in delivery of iron to cells and mediates iron uptake in capsule cells of the developing kidney.
