Descrição: CF™350 is a blue fluorescent dye with excitation/emission maxima at 347/448nm. CF™350 is optimized for UV excitation, and is spectrally similar to AlexaFluor®350, AMCA, and DyLight®350. CF™350 is more water soluble, more photostable, and 50% brighter when conjugated to antibodies than the traditional blue dye AMCA. CF™350 antibody conjugates are comparable in brightness to AlexaFluor®350 dye conjugates.
