Código de Artigo: (BOSSBS-18635R-A680)
Fornecedor: Bioss
Descrição: Essential for the regulation of ciliary length and required for the long-term survival of photoreceptors (By similarity). Phosphorylates FZR1 in a cell cycle-dependent manner. Plays a role in the transcriptional coactivation of AR. Could play an important function in spermatogenesis. May play a role in chromosomal stability in prostate cancer cells.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Código de Artigo: (BOSSBS-12980R-CY3)
Fornecedor: Bioss
Descrição: Protein kinase termed (DAPK2) dependant on calcium/calmodulin (Ca2+/CaM) contains an N-terminal protein kinase domain followed by a conserved CaM-binding domain with significant homologies to those of DAP kinase, a protein kinase involved in apoptosis. Overexpression of DAPK2 significantly induced the morphological changes characteristic of apoptosis. Results indicate that DAPK2 is an additional member of DAP kinase family involved in apoptotic signaling.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Descrição: GRP stimulates gastrin release as well as other gastrointestinal hormones. Operates as a negative feedback regulating fear and established a causal relationship between GRP-receptor gene expression, long-term potentiation, and amygdala-dependent memory for fear.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Código de Artigo: (BOSSBS-0385R-CY3)
Fornecedor: Bioss
Descrição: Required for consolidation of synaptic plasticity as well as formation of long-term memory. Regulates endocytosis of AMPA receptors in response to synaptic activity. Required for homeostatic synaptic scaling of AMPA receptors (By similarity). Plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization. Required in the stress fiber dynamics and cell migration.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Código de Artigo: (BOSSBS-6305R-CY5.5)
Fornecedor: Bioss
Descrição: The Ryanodine Receptor (RyR) is the channel responsible for calcium release from muscle cell Sarcoplasmic Reticulum (SR) and also plays a role in calcium regulation in non-muscle cells. The RyR exists as a homotetramer and is predicted to have a short cytoplasmic C-terminus and 4-10 transmembrane domains. The remainder of the protein, termed the "foot" region, is located in the cytoplasm between the transverse tubule and the SR. Mammalian RyR isoforms are the product of three different genes: RyR-1 is expressed predominantly in skeletal muscle and areas of the brain; RyR-2 is expressed predominantly in heart muscle but also found in the stomach, endothelial cells and diffuse areas of the brain; and RyR-3 is found in smooth muscle and the brain (striatum, thalamus and hippocampus). In non-mammalian vertebrates, the RyR isoforms are termed alpha, beta and cardiac which correlate loosely to the mammalian RyR-1, RyR-3 and RyR-2 isoforms respectively.
