Protein detection system, NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo®
Fornecedor: Promega
The NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® protein detection system is a bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET)-based assay that uses NanoLuc® luciferase as the BRET energy donor and HaloTag® protein labeled with the HaloTag® NanoBRET™ 618 fluorescent ligand as the energy acceptor to measure the interaction of two binding partners in live cells. The HaloTag® NanoBRET™ 618 ligand is added directly to the cells during plating, and the NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® substrate is added to the sample just prior to measuring donor and acceptor emission.
- Measure protein interactions in live cells with full-length proteins
- Study both on and off protein interactions with a reversible assay
- Increased signal and lower background compared to conventional BRET assays
Fornecimento: Kit includes HaloTag® NanoBRET™ 618 ligand and NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® substrate.
