Restriction Enzymes
These SpeI restriction enzyme recognises A˅CTAG T and T GATC^A sites and cuts best at 37 °C in its own unique buffer.
- Capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less
- Blue and white cloning assay provides a higher level of quality control for enzymes used in cloning applications
- Restriction enzymes are assayed to ensure optimal performance in genomic analysis applications
- Ends generated with SpeI can be directly ligated to ends generated by NheI or XbaI

Storage buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7,4), 50 mM NaCl, 0,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0,5 mg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol.
