Restriction Enzymes
These ClaI restriction enzyme recognises AT˅CG AT and TA GC^TA sites and cuts best at 37 °C in its own unique buffer.
- Capable of digesting DNA in 15 minutes or less
- Active and capable of digestion directly in GoTaq® green master mix
- Blue and white cloning assay provides a higher level of quality control for enzymes used in cloning applications
- Restriction enzymes are assayed to ensure optimal performance in genomic analysis applications
- Sensitive to overlapping dam methylation

Storage buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7,4), 300 mM sodium glutamate, 0,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0,5 mg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol.
